THE BEACH CLUB AT SHOW CENTER

Sit back and enjoy the Hyundai Air & Sea Show® in the exclusive Beach Club at Show Center. . . an experience like no other.  Witness some of the finest military equipment our nation has to offer and dance to some of the world’s top recording artists, all at “show center”. Mix and mingle with performers and enjoy the Yuengling Flight Deck, a private concessions area featuring a high-end spirits bar, ice-cold brews and an All-American BBQ.  On Saturday, after the Hyundai Air & Sea Show® the stage will be transformed for the Music Explosion , featuring a musical act (TBA).  In addition, there will be performances by the U.S. Air Force “Max Impact” Band, the U.S. Army “As You Were” Band, and the U.S. Air Force Honor Guard Drill Team. The show will culminate with a special night-pyro parachute demonstration by the U.S. Army Golden Knights Parachute Team kicking off a spectacular fireworks extravaganza.

2 Day  Ticket – Hyundai Air & Sea Show® (both days) & Music Explosion – $65 per ticket

BAG POLICY AND PROHIBITED ITEMS

For everyone’s safety, all attendees must abide by the Events Bag Policy and Prohibited items, found at https://usasalute.com/frequently-asked-questions/. Security will check all bags at the entrance of the Event venue. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to; outside food and beverage, drugs, weapons, coolers, glass bottles, Electronic stunning devices, aerosol spray, mace, explosives or Combustibles of Any Kind, Fireworks, Air Horns, Noisemakers, Laser Pointers, flyers, samples, giveaways, or promotional items.

ALL SALES FINAL: NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO REPLACEMENTS

All sales are final. This ticket will not be replaced, refunded or exchanged for any reason whatsoever. Pursuant to s. 817.36, Florida Statutes, this ticket may not be resold for more

than $1 over the original admission price, nor may any resale occur on any property where an event is being held without the prior written consent of the Event Organizers.

ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS

Each ticket holder (“Holder”) voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued (“Event”), whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event. Holder hereby agrees to release Event

Organizers, including A National Salute to Americas Heroes, Pro Series, Inc, MDM Group, Ltd, Hyundai Corporation and these legal entities’ respective officers, directors, owners, affiliates, employees and agents (collectively, “Organizer Representatives”) acting by and through them, from any claim arising from or relating to the Event.

NO PETS ALLOWED. ONLY SERVICE ANIMALS PERMITTED

Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. For more information, please refer to the U.S. Department of Justice.

INCLEMENT WEATHER/OTHER LOSS

Event Organizers shall have no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for Event cancellation, delay or interruption due to inclement weather or other acts beyond its control and will not refund Holder in such situations. Event Organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen articles at the Event.

RIGHT TO USE YOUR NAME, VOICE, IMAGE AND LIKENESS

By using this ticket, Holder hereby grants Event Organizers and their affiliates and licensees the irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and license to record (by photograph, film, tape, aural devices and any other method or device) the Holder’s name, voice, image and likeness while at the Event (the “Recordings”) and publish, print, display, or use such Recordings for any and all purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised. No professional grade cameras or recording devices are permitted at the Event, except as approved in advance by the Event Organizers.

DRINKING POLICY

As responsible members of the community, Event Organizers recognize the concern about drinking and driving, and its policy is to encourage responsible consumption at the Event. Attendees who consume alcoholic beverages must do so in a responsible manner. If Holder believes that his/her driving ability may be impaired or that Holder cannot safely operate a motor vehicle, please speak with a Event representative who will assist in securing transportation (at Holder’s cost) to Holder’s destination point. Due to the sheer number of Event attendees, the Event Organizers cannot ensure that all attendees who intend to drive are capable of driving. Accordingly, Holder agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Event Representatives, as appropriate, from any liability

related thereto.

At this time, the 2020 Hyundai Air & Sea Show® is planning to move forward on Memorial Day weekend, May 23-24. We, along with the City of Miami Beach and Military Personnel are closely monitoring the current COVID-19 crisis. The 2020 Hyundai Air & Sea Show® is actively monitoring federal, state and local government guidelines daily. The 2020 Hyundai Air & Sea Show® will continue to review policies and procedures with the aim of strengthening its COVID-19 response to further align with updated public health advice and guidelines, including that of the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). This includes promoting handwashing and healthy hygiene practices among team members and guests.
