BEACH CLUB: Umbrella Club
The Umbrella Club is perfect for small groups of family and friends and is situated on Miami Beach at the heart of the Hyundai Air Sea Show Beach Club. The Umbrella Club was specifically designed to be an open-air seating area that will be sectioned into zones to accommodate CDC & the City of Miami Beach guidelines to ensure guest safety. Food & Beverage service will be available at all of the Beach Club Concession and sponsor activation areas throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. Your designated area includes great views of all the action and adequate space in front of your blanket to play, have fun and soak up the south Florida sun. Your Umbrella Club space includes a complimentary commemorative beach blanket.

Activating your Entry Wrist Band and Pre-Show Screening
In order to activate your wristband, go to _link_. Then, enter the six (6) digit code that is located on the inside of your wristband. Once activated you can input your credit card information for a paperless experience at the Hyundai Air & Sea Show. If you chose to not input your credit card information at this time, no problem! You can always log back into the website and input your information at that time. Be sure to activate your wristband before you put it on and entering the event.
In order to enter the event, you must complete a pre-show screening 24 hours in advance. You will log back into the activation site and a COVID-19 symptom questionnaire will be available for you to complete. Again, you must complete this pre-show questionnaire before entering the event.
BAG POLICY AND PROHIBITED ITEMS
For everyone’s safety, all attendees must abide by the Events Bag Policy and Prohibited items, found at https://usasalute.com/frequently-asked-questions/. Security will check all bags at the entrance of the Event venue. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to; outside food and beverage, drugs, weapons, coolers, glass bottles, Electronic stunning devices, aerosol spray, mace, explosives or Combustibles of Any Kind, Fireworks, Air Horns, Noisemakers, Laser Pointers, flyers, samples, giveaways, or promotional items.
ALL SALES FINAL: NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO REPLACEMENTS
All sales are final. This ticket will not be replaced, refunded or exchanged for any reason whatsoever. Pursuant to s. 817.36, Florida Statutes, this ticket may not be resold for more
than $1 over the original admission price, nor may any resale occur on any property where an event is being held without the prior written consent of the Event Organizers.
Answer from FAQ: In the unlikely circumstances that the show is cancelled due to unforeseen events, not including weather or flight cancellations, tickets will be refunded.
The ticketholder cannot receive a refund for any other circumstance.
ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS
Each ticket holder (“Holder”) voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued (“Event”), whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event. Holder hereby agrees to release Event
Organizers, including A National Salute to Americas Heroes, Pro Series, Inc, MDM Group, Ltd, Hyundai Corporation and these legal entities’ respective officers, directors, owners, affiliates, employees and agents (collectively, “Organizer Representatives”) acting by and through them, from any claim arising from or relating to the Event.
NO PETS ALLOWED. ONLY SERVICE ANIMALS PERMITTED
Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. For more information, please refer to the U.S. Department of Justice.
INCLEMENT WEATHER/OTHER LOSS
Event Organizers shall have no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for Event cancellation, delay or interruption due to inclement weather or other acts beyond its control and will not refund Holder in such situations. Event Organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen articles at the Event.
RIGHT TO USE YOUR NAME, VOICE, IMAGE AND LIKENESS
By using this ticket, Holder hereby grants Event Organizers and their affiliates and licensees the irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and license to record (by photograph, film, tape, aural devices and any other method or device) the Holder’s name, voice, image and likeness while at the Event (the “Recordings”) and publish, print, display, or use such Recordings for any and all purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised. No professional grade cameras or recording devices are permitted at the Event, except as approved in advance by the Event Organizers.
As responsible members of the community, Event Organizers recognize the concern about drinking and driving, and its policy is to encourage responsible consumption at the Event. Attendees who consume alcoholic beverages must do so in a responsible manner. If Holder believes that his/her driving ability may be impaired or that Holder cannot safely operate a motor vehicle, please speak with a Event representative who will assist in securing transportation (at Holder’s cost) to Holder’s destination point. Due to the sheer number of Event attendees, the Event Organizers cannot ensure that all attendees who intend to drive are capable of driving. Accordingly, Holder agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Event Representatives, as appropriate, from any liability related thereto.
